Mall of the World Prepaid Voucher Terms & Conditions 1. Issuer These vouchers are issued by Bossrossy Pty Ltd, operating the Mall of the World platform. 2. Voucher Value & Validity Each voucher has a face value in South African Rand (ZAR) and is valid for the period stated on the voucher from the date of issue. Vouchers expire after the validity period and cannot be redeemed after expiry. 3. Redemption Vouchers are redeemed by entering the voucher code on the Mall of the World redemption page and confirming the store to which the subscription applies. Redemption requires a registered Mall of the World account. A voucher activates or extends the corresponding subscription for the duration specified by the voucher product. 4. One-Time Use Unless partial redemption is explicitly enabled on the voucher product, a voucher may only be redeemed once in full. Once redeemed, the voucher cannot be reused. 5. Existing Subscriptions If you already have an active subscription, redeeming a voucher will either extend your current subscription or schedule the voucher for the next billing period, according to the platform configuration in effect at the time of redemption. 6. Lost Vouchers Treat your voucher code as cash. Mall of the World is not liable for lost, stolen, or compromised voucher codes. If you believe a voucher has been compromised, contact support immediately so it can be suspended pending investigation. 7. Refunds Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for vouchers that have not been redeemed. Redeemed vouchers are non-refundable. Refund requests must be directed to support and may require verification. 8. Transfers Vouchers may not be transferred or resold unless the voucher product explicitly permits transfer. Mall of the World may refuse redemption where there is evidence of unauthorised transfer. 9. Cancellation Mall of the World reserves the right to cancel or suspend a voucher where there is suspected fraud, a breach of these terms, or a legitimate operational or legal reason. 10. Fraud Fraudulent use, attempted fraud, or abuse of the voucher system may result in immediate suspension, account termination, and legal action. 11. Promotional Vouchers Promotional or complimentary vouchers may carry additional restrictions and may be excluded from refunds or transfers. 12. Subscription Activation Voucher redemption activates the stated subscription for the stated duration. The subscription remains subject to the Mall of the World platform terms and the applicable seller agreement. 13. Applicable Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. 14. Changes Mall of the World may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of voucher issue applies to that voucher.
